Staff Sgt. Adrian Banks, 90th Force Support Squadron, prepares food at the Chadwell dining facility Oct. 7. A food service excellence inspection team visited the facility this week to evaluate the dining facility’s staff on five key elements of excellence: kitchen operations; serving and dining operations; training, personnel and readiness; sanitation and repair maintenance; and management.
